Door Designing
Our highly skilled engineering department will be happy to help you design your next project. We can also help you optimize your current profile designs. Our engineers have seen and done all kinds of PVC and aluminum profiles. However, every day, innovation is something that we practice; creating new designs that can be more energy efficient and optimizing existing models for a friendlier manufacturing design. These improvements have helped our customers achieve better energy efficiency on their refrigerators, allowing them to comply with the DOE and the market needs, and helping them achieve a product of lower energy consumption and a lower manufacturing cost due to our process simplification.
Prototyping
An important part of your project is planning the design and capabilities of your product. The creation of preliminary prototypes on refrigeration doors allows us to have a physical representation of what the final product might look like, avoiding the anticipated investments in tooling and molds. At Perficom, we have the ability to make rapid prototypes; we are an integrated and flexible company with the latest engineering software, 3D printing technology and a large number of molds on inventory to make preliminary visual prototypes.
Extrusion of Polymer Composites
Perficom, with its extensive knowledge and experience in the extrusion of polymers, has developed extrusion lines of PVC profiles exclusively for commercial refrigeration doors. Our profiles for Commercial Refrigeration doors have the ability to accommodate double or triple glazing increasing the efficiency of the refrigerator.
Glass Tempering & Cutting
Glass tempering provides an important safety protection for our customers and makes our glass stronger. At Perficom, we proudly hold two of the biggest tempering glass machines in Mexico. After the glass has finished the process of tempering, it’s taken out of the oven straight to the automatic cutting machine, which is designed to provide precise cuts for the insulated units.
Screen Printing
At Perficom, we provide serigraphy options for your custom doors, we understands branding is important. Therefore, we invested on automatic machines that provide high quality screen printing capabilities for all your needs.
Insulated Glass Unit Manufacturing with Gas Injection
At Perficom, we manufacture Insulated Glass units; the process consists on sealing hermetically a combination of two or more glass panels, separated by an air / gas gap, on a single corner. Our insulated glass products can be configured according to your specifications; multiple combinations can be done within the types of glass used on the insulated unit, some common types of glass that we use, are the following:
- Clear Glass
- Clear Tempered Glass
- Clear Temper-Low-e (soft layer) Glass
- Sandblasted-Low-e (low emissivity) Glass
The insulated unit gap between glass panels can also be configured according to the customer’s specifications.
Frame Welding & Door Sealing
At Perficom, we have multiple assembly lines where the refrigeration doors pass through the final stages of the manufacturing process, giving Perficom an output manufacturing capacity of more than 60,000 doors every month. Door frame welding and door sealing (Gasket Installation) are some of the stages the door goes through during the assembly lines.
